What we don't collect
Servizio was designed around a simple rule: if we don't need it, we don't ask for it. That rule shapes everything else in this policy.
- No personal identifiers — no name, email, phone number, or account of any kind.
- No behavioral data — no screen views, feature usage, session length, or in-app events are logged.
- No device fingerprinting — we don't build a profile from your device model, OS version, or advertising identifier.
- No crash or diagnostic telemetry — if the app misbehaves, it fails locally and silently rather than phoning home.
Device permissions, explained
Some features may prompt your operating system for a permission (for example, storage access to save a file you create). Granting a permission lets a feature work on your device — it does not send anything to us. Every permission Servizio requests is:
- Used only in the moment the feature runs, never in the background.
- Processed entirely on-device, with no network call attached to it.
- Revocable at any time from your operating system's app settings, without breaking the rest of the app.
Processing, retention & third parties
Because no personal data is collected, there's nothing for us to process, retain, or hand off — so each of the usual privacy-policy sections looks the same here:
- Data processing: none is carried out, since none is received.
- Data retention: nothing is stored after your session ends, on our servers or otherwise — we don't operate servers that receive app data.
- Third-party services: Servizio does not integrate analytics SDKs, ad networks, or social logins.
- Advertising: the app shows no ads and shares no data with ad partners, because it has none to share.
- Security: your device's own security model protects the app; we don't hold a copy of your data that could be exposed in a breach.
Your rights, and why they're already met
Privacy laws like the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over data companies hold about you. Servizio holds none, but here's how each right applies in practice:
If you'd still like written confirmation of any of the above for your own records, contact us and we'll reply directly.
Children's privacy
Servizio is not directed at children under 13, and since the app collects no data from anyone, none is knowingly or unknowingly collected from children either. If a parent or guardian believes a child has somehow shared personal information with us directly (for example, by email), contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
If Servizio ever begins collecting data it doesn't collect today, we will update this page, revise the "Effective date," and describe the change in plain language above this line — not bury it in legal text. Continuing to use the app after an update means you've seen the new terms. We'd encourage checking back here occasionally regardless.
